Oconnell auctions experienced a record breaking auctions booked for November with a flurry of listings launched post October covid lockdown.
Our standout hybrid auction conducted was an absolute beachfront at 40 Kalakau Ave, Forresters Beach, with 17 registered bidders.
Total of 42 bids and transacted for a record $4.94m fetching 19% above the owners expectations. Auctioneer Jack O'Connell made commentary that this particular auction was the stand out auction for the entire Central Coast in 2021.
